   Seed locked at launch

   A secret random seed was created when this jackpot launched. Only its fingerprint, below, is public, so it can't be changed after anyone enters.

   Entries are frozen

   At the draw time, every eligible entry is listed in a fixed order: by post time, then post id. One line per X account.

3. 03

   One winner is picked

   Each pick hashes the seed with the entry list. The result chooses one account from those left, so every entry has the same chance.

4. 04

   Seed is revealed

   After the draw the seed is published. Anyone can check it matches the fingerprint and re-run the draw to get the same winner.
